Roles and Responsibilities
Participates as a member of the Customer Account Application Support team that provides Tidal Workload Automation (TWA) V6.x engineering support throughout Customer IT Batch Operations environments including Staging, ITG and Production and design the Architecture to deploy .
-Experience with implementation, problem analysis and architecting solutions of infrastructure and business application environments.
- Install & Configure Windows, Linux, and HPUX Tidal Agents after servers complete transformation.
- Works with internal and external Infrastructure, Database and Application teams to ensure TWA Agents are operating efficiently and within Parameters.
- Resolves Incidents that are elevated to the Tidal Engineering team and drives Problem Management to ensure incidents do not occur.
- Completes documentation, and update Configuration Items necessary for Agent Installs or Changes.
- Monitors Virtual Rooms for any Production issues.
Completes TWA Scheduling support deliverables and Tidal Transporter moving Tidal Job Scheduling changes through the path to production. Other duties may also be assigned directly to projects or coordination of project work stream resources and/or deliverables of work stream resources.
Experience in UNIX scripting and / or programming language.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Computer Science or equivalent experience and a minimum of 6 - 8 years related experience.
